Lincoln Neighborhoods We Serve
We work across every part of Lincoln, not just a handful of zip codes. Here’s the full picture, organized by area of the city.
Central & Near-Downtown
Downtown, the Historic Haymarket, Near South, Everett, Hawley, Woods Park, Antelope Park. This is Lincoln’s oldest core, dense older housing, mature tree canopy, and some of the city’s most walkable streets. Everett and Hawley in particular have Lincoln’s highest walkability scores, which also means smaller lots but heavier fall leaf volume from decades-old trees. Cross-streets: 9th & D, 27th & A, 33rd & Randolph, 40th & A.
Northeast Lincoln
Havelock, Bethany, University Place, East Campus, Meadowlane, Wedgewood, Eastridge, Fallbrook. Havelock and University Place were both originally their own separate towns before Lincoln annexed them, and both still carry a distinct small-town character. Fallbrook is one of the newest growing areas in the city, out past the airport near I-80. Cross-streets: 48th & Baldwin, 70th & Adams, 27th & Superior, 84th & Adams.
South-Central & Southeast
Country Club (Sheridan Boulevard), Hartley, Sun Valley, Family Acres. The Country Club/Sheridan Boulevard area is a National Register Historic District, the first Lincoln neighborhood built with winding streets instead of the standard city grid. Hartley sits right by Peter Pan Park and is one of Lincoln’s more walkable residential areas. Family Acres runs roughly 56th to 84th, between Yankee Hill and Old Cheney. Cross-streets: 56th & A, 70th & Pioneers, S. 31st & R, 84th & Old Cheney.
South & Southwest Lincoln
College View, Piedmont, Irvingdale, Clinton, Witherbee, Wilderness Ridge, Yankee Hill, Far South. This stretch runs from older established streets near Piedmont Park down to newer development by Wilderness Park, meaning we handle everything from mature, dense turf to brand-new sod lawns still establishing. Cross-streets: 48th & Van Dorn, S. 50th & C, 27th & Pine Lake, 40th & Old Cheney.
Northwest Lincoln
The Highlands, Air Park, Near Northwest, West A. The Highlands sits near the Highlands Golf Course and Lincoln Airport, mostly contemporary and ranch-style homes on more exposed, open lots that dry out faster in summer heat. Air Park’s proximity to the airport also means fewer mature trees and more direct sun exposure across most yards. Cross-streets: NW 12th & West O, West A & SW 9th, N. 1st & Highlands Blvd.

Surrounding Communities We Also Serve
Beyond Lincoln proper, we take on properties throughout Lancaster County, including:
Waverly
Northeast of Lincoln along I-80, one of the fastest-growing communities in the county.
Hickman
South of Lincoln, a fast-growing suburb with a strong small-town feel.
Roca, Denton, Malcolm & Raymond
Smaller Lancaster County communities, rural-residential properties and acreages.
These don’t have their own dedicated pages on our site simply because we’d rather put real effort into Lincoln itself than pad the site with thin pages. If you’re in one of these towns, call us, we almost certainly already service your area or can quote it quickly.

New Construction & Growing Areas
Lincoln is actively expanding, and new-build lawns need different early care than established turf. We regularly work in the city’s newer growth corridors, including Fallbrook (northeast, near the airport and I-80) and newer development along the Wilderness Ridge and Far South edges of the city.
If your lawn was seeded or sodded within the last year or two as part of new construction, see our new lawn and sod installation service for establishment care specific to young turf.
New Lawn & Sod InstallationCommercial and Multi-Property Service Areas
Beyond residential neighborhoods, we maintain commercial and multi-family properties throughout Lincoln:
- Downtown and the Historic Haymarket business district
- Office and business complexes along the O Street, Pioneers, and Old Cheney corridors
- Apartment communities and multi-family properties citywide
- HOA and neighborhood association common areas, including entrances, medians, and shared green space
- New commercial developments in growth corridors such as Fallbrook and the far south edge of the city
Property managers handling several locations across Lincoln can have every property covered under a single schedule and one invoice, rather than coordinating separate vendors by neighborhood. See our Commercial Lawn Care in Lincoln, NE page for details.

Areas We Serve FAQs
Do you serve my specific neighborhood in Lincoln?
Almost certainly. We cover every zip code in Lincoln, from 68502 near downtown to 68528 in Emerald. If you don’t see your exact street mentioned above, just give us a call, coverage gaps are rare and we’ll confirm in seconds.
Do you service Waverly or Hickman?
Yes. Both are within our regular service area even though they don’t have dedicated pages on this site. Same crews, same pricing structure, same scheduling.
What about smaller towns like Roca, Denton, or Malcolm?
We take these on a case-by-case basis and typically can, especially for larger acreage properties. Call for a quick confirmation and quote.
I live in a brand-new neighborhood that isn’t well established yet. Can you still help?
Yes, and it’s actually worth mentioning when you call. New-construction lawns often need different early care, like starter fertilizer and careful watering guidance, than an established yard, so we tailor the plan accordingly.
Does my location affect pricing?
Lot size and lawn condition drive pricing far more than location within our service area. Properties further from central Lincoln may have a small travel consideration factored in, but it’s minor and we’ll always quote it transparently up front.
I’m right on the edge of your service area. Can you still help?
Reach out anyway. Service area edges are rarely a hard line, and we’d rather take five minutes to confirm than have you assume we can’t help.
Do you service apartment complexes and HOA common areas?
Yes. We maintain apartment communities, HOA and neighborhood association common areas, entrances, and medians throughout Lincoln. These run on contract pricing rather than per-visit residential rates.
Can you cover multiple properties across Lincoln under one account?
Yes. Property managers with several locations in the city can be covered under a single schedule and one invoice, which is usually simpler than coordinating a separate vendor for each neighborhood.
Do you serve commercial properties outside Lincoln?
We take commercial work in surrounding Lancaster County, including Waverly and Hickman, on a case-by-case basis depending on property size and scheduling. Call and we will tell you quickly whether it fits.
